KL20 2026 is an invitation-only convening. Invitations are curated by the KL20 Secretariat around the three programme pillars — Startup (Discover), Founder (Connect) and Investor (Grow) — and aligned to each chapter's focus. Delegate categories comprise founders and startup teams; venture capital firms and angel investors; corporate and multinational innovation leads; representatives of Government ministries and agencies; ecosystem enablers, including accelerators, institutions of higher learning and research institutions; and accredited members of the media. Parties who have not received an invitation are invited to submit an Expression of Interest through the official KL20 2026 website. All submissions are assessed against the relevant chapter theme, pillar alignment and venue capacity. The submission of an Expression of Interest does not constitute confirmation of attendance. Attendance is confirmed solely upon the issuance of an official invitation by the KL20 Secretariat.
No. Attendance at all KL20 2026 chapters is free of charge for invited delegates. Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and incidental expenses.
Each invitation is named and non-transferable. Confirmed delegates will receive a confirmation email containing a unique QR code. Walk-ins will not be admitted.
